The office was abuzz this month as we officially launched our proprietary software EventHive®’s new home; www.eventhive.com.
This life-changing digital tool was first the brainchild of Founder Pepe Parra and Executive Director Paul Godwin back in 2012, when it was known as EventPro and was beta tested by aerospace client Bombardier no less. Following this initial success, the software was developed under the careful custodianship of our developer Tony Dykes who worked front-line with clients, listening to their problems and adapting the software to meet their needs.
EventHive® is a robust software solution created to make scheduling meetings at live events faster, easier and more efficient than ever before. Allowing our clients to manage meetings with a dynamic range of flexible communications, data and ROI capture and the ability to streamline global event programmes. Evolving with the changing landscape of our online world, we sharpened this digital tool and launched EventHive in 2016 to much b2b excitement, working initially with FremantleMedia, Disney Media Distribution & Endemol Shine Group at MIPTV.
Since the 2016 launch, EventHive® has partnered with 20+ clients on 100+ events; supported 6,000+ client users on over 23,000 meetings and welcomed over 32,000 guests. We partner with global brands; Disney, Fox, BNP Paribas, Bombardier, UTC and Freemantle, and look forward to seeing where our new improved version EventHive® 2.0 will take us.
