February has been a month of mixed emotion for all 2Headers here in the UK and across the world. While we celebrated the fantastic news that we are finalists in the World Exhibition Stand Awards for our work in 2019, we are very aware of the trials the industry is facing in 2020. With concern over the affects of the Coronavirus and the impact of flooding in the UK, we recognise the impact on global events and the worldwide economy as a whole. As an agency we are pivoting our focus in response; with further action on sustainable event strategy and digital virtual solutions. We’ll be sharing more information on this in forthcoming newsletters and workshops.

On a slightly brighter side, we celebrated positive news nearer to home with the welcome of Stella Odili as the Financial Controller to our growing finance department. We also got out the cake for Craig Wildman, out Global MD as he celebrated his 2Heads 2-year anniversary with project manager Andy Macdonald and digital PM Lee Beckett. Rachel Pecka celebrated her 4th year in the LA office and Nick Rosier, Head of Digital celebrated his first year with Lauren Bantock, our Office Executive. Out and about, 2Heads enjoyed great success partnering with Playtech at ICE, Bombardier @ MRO Middle East and Airbus at DEFEXPO. Our digital team was also busy with our meeting manager software EventHive as it supported Scientific Games @ ICE and prepares to support multi-client events at NAB, IBC, Broadcast Asia, MIPTV and LA Screenings.
