September was the month of charity and cake here at 2Heads. One date firmly marked in everyone’s calendar was the 27th September. Not only did our budding cake-bakers prepare for our Macmillan Coffee Morning with offerings to make the Bake-Off proud, but also our Director of Client Services Ben McDonald ‘Braved the Shave’ to raise money for MacMillan Cancer Support in memory of his late mum. The morning raised over £1000 and there is still time to sponsor Ben @ #BenGoesBald.

Our Autumn client programme also leapt into action this month as our teams boarded planes and headed out to support clients across the globe. Our two Executive Directors James Simpkins and Paul Godwin made their way to Montreal for EventHive 2.0’s debut hosting the HMI Gala Dinner. We also visited Amsterdam for IBC, Singapore for MRO Asia, and Washington DC for AFA 2019 with clients Sierra Nevada. Our project managers James Duke also jetted out to Monaco for their celebrated Yacht Show with a tricky roof-top build and an Airbus helicopter to negotiate.
Closer to home, we partnered with Rolls-Royce at DSEI, welcomed SIBOS to the UK for BNP Paribas and visited IBMS with our highly valued new client TOSOH. We also continued our long-term relationship with ITV at BLE 2019. Our US office were also hard at work over at NASPL in Arkansas.

Our team also grew again this September as we welcomed Rupinder Bhogal as our new HR and Talent Manager and Yoichi Adachi as our Front-end developer helping to expand our digital offering. We celebrated our Creative Lead Ryan Simpson's incredible 11th year with us and Project Manager Tom Farrand’s 4th year. In perfect recognition of all the team’s hard work, we debuted at no #12 on the C&IT Top 50 UK Event Agencies; the highest new entry.
