The clocks may have gone back, and the days may have shortened but inside Casa 2Heads, the team are still smiling as we celebrate one of our most successful winters. The award season kicked off in style with two nominations with The Drum – the UK’s Leading Marketing and Advertising magazine – one nomination for Business Agency Awards Experiential Agency of the Year and another for Experience Agency Awards Experience Agency of the Year. We were absolutely delighted to then pick up the coveted Drum for the Experiential Agency of the Year Award at the Marriot Hotel, Grosvenor Square.

The joy continued as our very own Mike Elsmore won Unsung Hero of the Year at the ESSA awards for his dedication to creativity and personal development over nearly 20 years with 2Heads. Well done Mike! Another hero at 2Heads this winter was our Martin M, Operations and Facilities Manager who has in the space of less than a year trained himself up for the Be A Warrior Foundation charity boxing match which he then won! All the money raised went to the foundation. 

Out and about, we have worked this winter with Brand heroes such as Disney at Mipcom, Cannes, Playtech at G2E and Bombardier at NBAA in Los Angeles. We had the unparalleled pleasure of partnering with De Havilland, a historic brand within aerospace who has been absent for over 30 years but spectacularly relaunched this year, with our team working hand in hand with them at Dubai, their first appearance at a major air show. 

We also staged our own micro event at Silicon Milk Roundabout Recruitment Fair at the famous Truman Brewery, London as our HR and Digital opened up conversations with the rising wave of new talent. We celebrated some special anniversaries with our Global HR Director Rebecca Lilley celebrating her first year and our Operations Director Chris Thornton enjoying his seventh! We also welcomed Karolina Kwiatkowska and Julie Butlers, our new 3D Designers to the 2Heads Team. I have to wonder what 2020 will bring ...
