This year at MIPCOM, Fremantle was introduced to a new location that came with an equally fresh look. With stunning views over the marina and the iconic Cannes sign nestled in the heights of Le Suquet, 2Heads was tasked to craft the new space to embody the essence of the French Riviera, perfectly complementing its surroundings.

The brief was not just to create a functional space but to deliver an experience that felt uniquely Fremantle while taking full advantage of the stunning Cannes harbour backdrop. The space needed to balance creativity and practicality, providing areas for meetings, social interactions, and showcasing their impressive content portfolio.

Changing location from its usual beachside spot brought an added layer of expectation. Fremantle’s presence at MIPCOM has always been a standout, and with the move to a new elevated space overlooking the Cannes harbour, there was pressure to not only meet but exceed what had come before. The challenge was to create a productive, inspiring space where visitors could enjoy meaningful meetings while soaking in the stunning surroundings, ensuring the experience was both functional and memorable.
