Recognizing the opportunity to make their mark at the festival, the Disney Advertising Sales (DAS) team wanted their debut at Cannes Lions 2019 to have maximum impact. Hosting their meetings from inside the luxury suites of the Hotel Martinez, DAS welcomed attendees from morning until the evening and wanted a space that was both engaging and comfortable.
Having extensive knowledge of the market and years of experience representing the Disney brand, 2Heads was the logical choice to assist in the execution of their meeting suite needs. Ensuring not only that the breathtaking views of the sea were enhanced with an engaging interior but maximising the environment's spatial topography.
To create three distinct, yet united areas (hospitality lounge, boardroom & meeting room), 2Heads created custom fabricated furniture and accent pieces, utilised hand selected furniture and orchestrated an attendee flow that guiding guests into the experience from the moment they arrived.
2Heads successfully converted the suites into functional yet beautiful and 'on-brand' environment for DAS to conduct meetings and foster conversations. While this was the DAS Team’s first official time in market, their success ensures it will not be their last and we look forward to seeing DAS back at Cannes Lions 2020.
