A Seamless Meeting Experience
Alongside a memorable experience, Fox needed full visibility of all the buyer meetings scheduled pre-event and during the show without the headache of relying on complex spreadsheets or multiple calendars.
As part of the new MIPCOM brand environment design, we created a series of individually designed meeting rooms and informal screening tables where sales teams were able to engage with clients. Using Eventhive ensured invited guests received the best possible customer experience and saved the Fox event delivery team hours of administration.
Eventhive was used to co-ordinate more than 540 appointments and 660 guest throughout the event. Post-event reports and CRM interrogation supported a smooth sales follow up and the creation of a truly meaningful experience.
