Like any major event, Infosecurity Europe is highly competitive. Brands from all over the world vie for attention in the bustling, colorful environment. Our client LogRhythm with their accolade winning NextGen SIEM Platform and reputation as a Leader in Gartner’s SIEM Magic Quadrant wanted to ensure they stood out.
LogRhythm’s unique product gives new meaning to cybersecurity and their environment at Infosecurity had to do the same. Capitalising on commercial opportunities was our focus and creating a meaningful experience that encouraged audiences to linger was our drive. We wanted to connect with LogRhythm’s different audiences, and quarantine them away from the competition. The environment had to help drive brand awareness, and brand preference aligned to LogRhythm’s position as an industry leader, as well as creating better conversations for our client to identify and capitalize upon opportunities.
2heads’ challenge was to bring this meaning to life, and we identified three main objectives that would ensure LogRhythm cut through the noise. Firstly; enhance stature so the environment was bold, confident and befitting of an industry leader. Secondly; drive footfall by creating a bright branded space away from noisy crowds. Thirdly; focus on lead generation by creating an environment that enabled efficient identification of target visitors and optimised conversation.
We achieved this through three strategic elements; the “Think Journey First”” where we created an emotive audience journey that informed a sense of personalisation and comfort at every touchpoint. The “Own the Domain” concept where LogRhythm experts were empowered by design and technology to communicate their unique and compelling domain knowledge. Lastly, the “Be People Powered” environment where we humanised the customer-focused approach. This environment also focused on re-usable components so LogRhythm could sustainably plan for future events.
These three elements also created the perfect platform for motivational speaker David Meade. “As a leading voice in business, a broadcaster, and researcher, David dedicated his career to understanding what makes humans ‘tick’, and how it affects the way they think, feel, and act.” Working with David was an amazing opportunity to bring the LogRhythm customer journey to life and the results spoke for themselves. Not only did the eye-catching design drive traffic, LogRhythm’s audience lingered, laughed, interacted and took away a lasting impression of the industry leader LogRhythm is.
