Creating Classic Comfort @ CES

For many marketers, the start of the new year means an action-packed week at CES. Brands and representatives from all over the world gather in Las Vegas to debut their innovations, learn from colleagues and get a glimpse of what the future holds. CES is a prime opportunity for brands to take advantage of having all the industry’s decision makers in one location; securing and re-establishing lasting relationships & partnerships.

A Space to EXCEL

For almost a decade, the Disney Ad Sales team has established their presence at CES by hosting meetings at Four Seasons Las Vegas. This year, the DAS team was committed to providing guests with an elevated & premium experience. Understanding the busy schedules of clients rushing from point A to B to C, Disney wanted to ensure that the moments clients spent in their meeting rooms were memorable. Through a re-designed environment, 2Heads transformed the Four Seasons hotel suites into a relaxing setting and a welcoming & warm space to conduct meetings.

By completely re-imagining the existing suites at the Four Seasons, 2Heads was able to design and create a multi-functional space based on the requirements of the program. In order to successfully accomplish the transformation, 2Heads re-designed the suites, creating a blank canvas first by altering existing fittings, decor and artwork. Then we went to work on a creating a fully branded environment. Utilizing graphic walls, custom design and fabricated elements, hand selected furniture & décor pieces, the spaces were transformed into 3 meeting rooms, hospitality / F&B area, and welcome desk to greet guests upon arrival.

The end result included a makeover that wowed Disney team members and left hotel staff speechless. Meeting Disney’s desire for return on objective (ROO), every delegate was encouraged to relax and absorb the magic of the Disney brand whilst also conducting their meetings in a successful fashion.
